Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies (calculated at checkout).
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50.
- Please ensure accurate address and phone number for COD deliveries.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. (If you plan to expand later, we can update this section.)
Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes, courier partner issues, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters).
- We will notify you via email/WhatsApp if significant delays occur.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either resend or refund your purchase.
